Drew Yoder has over 18 years of professional experience in sports medicine and as a personal trainer. During his journey he has obtained national certifications as an Athletic Trainer from the National Athletic Trainers Association and as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Recently he Studied at the Gray Institute as a Fellow of Applied Functional Science, Certified in Functional Manual Reaction, and is a Nike Golf Performance Specialist (NG360).
Vincente “V” Turnipseed has been successfully helping people reach their health and fitness goals for more than 18 years. Vincente holds a B.S in Exercise Science with a minor in Sports Medicine. He holds certifications from the National Athletic Trainers Association as an Athletic Trainer and the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. “V” also is a Gray Institute Fellow of Applied Functional Science where he had the privilege to study under world-renowned Physical Therapist Gary Gray and Dr. David Tiberio.
Andria Loftis is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). She also holds a Certification of Applied Functional Science (CAFS) through the Gray Institute, and a TRX Suspension Training Certificate. Andria successfully completed the Gray Institute’s GIFT program, a 40 week mentorship, to become a Fellow of Applied Functional Science (FAFS) in October of 2014. This program is designed to create proficiency and competence in all aspects of Applied Functional Science (AFS) through an understanding of functional principles, strategies, and techniques to enhance our clients’ fitness and training program; including general fitness, injury prevention, performance enhancement, and rehabilitation. Andria earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts in 2003.
